I could tell you stories about a pastor who regularly talked about his wingtipped shoes and new hairstyle as much as he did about the bible. Televangelists contribute to this with their fancy suits, hairstyles, elaborate stage sets and giant ornate churches. Awesome read for those desiring to strengthen their servanthood. Glad I was able to have read it. Direct to the point!
Dr. Olowosoyo not only talks about the importance of leadership but also gives examples of his own. He also provides scriptures to show the importance.
Great material, just not enough of it! This book has excellent points and is a must read for any leader wanting to take leadership skills to the next level. The only thing I did not like about this book is its brevity. Each "chapter" deserves a more in-depth discussion.
I'd recommend this work to those who need a quick reference tool for some of the more important keys to remember when seeking to lead biblically. The personal illustrations given serve to highlight the points in each brief chapter. I would also recommend, at the very least, that the reader embark on a detailed study of each of the Scriptures offered here, for a more in-depth appreciation of the material.
This book is very good. I love when it he's scripture to back up points. I love the prayer points and the end. This is for every leader to read. I going to get more of his books.
